Natural, Nutritious, Organic, Locally Grown Foods!!

This is a huge part of Surf N Sol. Your fruits and veggies come fresh from a weekly farmers’ market located right in Haleiwa and your fish comes from the fishermen who catch them. Hawaii grows an endless variety of foods: oranges, papaya, pineapple, ginger, taro, huge avocados, lemons, greens, beans, sprouts, cucumbers, honey, tomatoes, onions, eggplant...just about everything! We strive to support the local community and economy in an effort to build a self-sustainable Hawaii. Everything we need to keep us surfing all day grows right here on this island. If you’re a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or have any dietary restrictions, just let us know; we are happy to accommodate everyone.

THE MENU

Locally grown coffee is waiting for you when you wake up, and a hot breakfast with loads of fruit is provided to help you get your day started right. Since surfing creates a big appetite, your chef will be busy preparing satisfying and nutritious meals to keep you fueled through your surf sessions. We design our ever-changing menu specifically for surfers to incorporate what is seasonally available. For lunch and dinner we serve local fish such as ahi, mahi, or opah; we use natural and hearty carbs and vegetables, and Andrew’s desserts are awesome. Of course, if you would like to explore other dining options in the area, you are always welcome to do so, and we are happy to offer restaurant suggestions to steer you in the right direction.
